My passion for video editing developed during my time at Marist College, where I discovered the art of storytelling through film.
Video editing, to me, is a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, attention to detail, and having a passion for storytelling. It requires not only proficiency in software, but also an understanding of how to manage time effectively, adapt to new challenges, and craft a narrative that resonates with viewers. The most rewarding part of editing is seeing a project come together, knowing that it has the power to connect with an audience emotionally and intellectually.
I am driven by the challenge of using editing techniques to evoke emotions, convey information, and captivate audiences. Each project allows me to refine my skills and push the boundaries of what's possible in visual storytelling.

I am originally from Long Island, New York, but I am also fluent in Portuguese, having grown up immersed in my family's Portuguese heritage!
